  • Own full lifecycle marketing for our eCommerce clients (email + SMS).
  • Write high-converting marketing copy for flows, campaigns, automations, and SMS sends.
  • Plan monthly email + SMS calendars with clients: concepts, offers, segmentation, and messaging.
  • Design emails from scratch (Figma or Klaviyo builder) that look clean, branded, and conversion-driven.
  • Build and launch flows (welcome, abandon cart, post-purchase, winback, replenishment, and custom automations).
  • Manage segmentation, list hygiene, deliverability safeguards, and performance optimization.
  • Execute A/B tests across subject lines, creative, segmentation, send times, and offers.
  • Run SMS campaigns: write copy, structure offers, design MMS creatives, and optimize for ROI.
  • Lead communication with clients via Slack and calls — ensuring clients feel guided, supported, and confident.
  • Deliver weekly + monthly performance reports (open rates, click rates, revenue attribution, deliverability notes, and strategic recommendations).
  • Collaborate with internal teams (paid ads, creative, strategy) to keep all marketing channels aligned and cohesive.
  • Apply deep understanding of consumer psychology, retention marketing, and direct response principles.
  • Proactively launch campaigns, identify opportunities, and improve flows — without being micromanaged.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–7+ years of experience running email + SMS for eCommerce brands.
  • Proven track record using Klaviyo (non-negotiable).
  • Experience with Postscript, Attentive, or similar SMS platforms is a plus.
  • Strong copywriting skills — you can write offers, hooks, subject lines, and brand-aligned messaging.
  • Strong design ability — you can produce polished, conversion-focused email designs end-to-end.
  • Deep understanding of segmentation, deliverability, A/B testing, attribution, UTM tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience managing client communication: calls, strategy discussions, performance reviews, and feedback loops.
  • Fluent in English (written + spoken) — confident speaking with clients.
  • Shopify understanding — you know how customer data, events, and integrations work.
  • Stress-ready, proactive, and obsessed with improvement.
  • You push for results and don’t need hand-holding.
  • Preferably based in Europe for time-zone alignment, but open globally.
  • Global mindset — our clients are in the US, UK, EU, and Australia (no night shifts required, but time flexibility helps).
