Key Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle design projects using Krita and Libresprite, from concept sketches to finalized production-ready assets.
• Clearly document and explain your creative decision-making process, including design reasoning, composition strategy, and technical workflow.
• Organize layers, files, and assets systematically for reproducibility and AI training clarity.
• Apply advanced skills in color correction, lighting balance, asset optimization, and visual refinement.
• Deliver structured breakdowns of projects, including iterations and revisions.
• Provide professional written and verbal communication explaining artistic and technical choices.
• Collaborate remotely with global AI and creative teams.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with Krita and Libresprite in professional or high-level freelance settings.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complete project cycles from ideation to final asset delivery.
• Proven ability to clearly articulate creative workflows and design reasoning.
• Advanced understanding of digital painting, pixel art workflows, layer management, and asset structuring.
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality control.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
