🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Apply human-centered design principles to solve user and business problems
• Conduct user research, interviews, and observations to understand needs and behaviours
• Develop user journeys, personas, and experience maps
• Collaborate with designers, researchers, product managers, and stakeholders
• Translate insights into concepts, prototypes, and design solutions
• Support workshops, co-creation sessions, and design activities
• Contribute to improving overall user and service experiences

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, Service Design, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience in UX design, service design, research, or relevant projects/internships
• Basic understanding of human-centered design methodologies
• Familiarity with research and design tools (e.g., Figma, Miro, etc.)
• Strong empathy, curiosity, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Fluent in English
• Based in Australia with full working rights
