We are building a next-gen platform inspired by Mercor and Micro1, but with sharper focus on the UK/EMEA regulatory, hiring, and AI landscape.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a freelance Product Lead to work directly with the Founder and our design/development collaborators. Your goal will be to drive the delivery of a clickable, high-fidelity MVP prototype for investor demo and early validation.

Responsibilities:

• Translate founder vision into tangible product plans and specs
• Coordinate UX/UI, technical developers, and stakeholder feedback
• Write user stories, create simple product documentation (Notion preferred)
• Organise async sprints and track build progress (no red tape, fast-paced)
• Define user roles, job flows, and simple system logic for first version of our "WorkGraph"
• Liaise with design team to ensure user journeys are intuitive and investor-ready

Ideal Background:

• 5+ years as a product manager or tech PM, ideally within AI, B2B SaaS, or recruitment platforms
• Prior experience leading MVP builds from 0 to launch
• Familiarity with Figma, Notion, API logic, and startup tooling
• Bonus: understanding of LLMs, talent matching, or NLP-enabled products
