  • Identify usability issues and recommend improvements to digital products and services.
  • Plan and conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions.
  • Present design concepts to stakeholders, explaining recommendations and incorporating feedback.
  • Produce clear UX documentation and design specifications to support formal reviews, sign-off and handover.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers and development teams to ensure designs align with agreed requirements and delivery milestones.
  • Support implementation by answering design queries and reviewing the delivered experience against approved designs.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience working as a UX Consultant, UX Designer or in a similar user experience role.
  • Strong practical experience using Figma to create wireframes, prototypes and design assets.

  • Understanding of user research, usability testing and user-centred design principles.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain design decisions to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and produce clear design handovers.
  • Awareness of accessibility principles and inclusive design.
