At SpinQuest, our frontend engineering workflow is rapidly evolving. We rely heavily on advanced AI-assisted processes (such as Claude and automated prompt pipelines) to rapidly translate Figma designs into production-ready code for our web casino platform and React Native mobile apps.
What You Will Do
- Sit at the intersection of creative design and AI-driven engineering. You will act as the bridge between our art/concept teams and our developers,
- Spearhead the integration and utilization of Figma Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers
- Architect Figma files, component hierarchies, auto-layout rules, and design tokens so that AI models and transform them into clean React and React Native code without human guesswork
- Own the source-of-truth asset pipeline, ensuring images, SVGs, and variables are organized cleanly for both human consumption and programmatic AI ingestion
- Act as the translator between concept artists, UI designers, and engineering.
- Oversee the integration of animations, particle systems, and micro-interactions into both web and mobile runtimes
- Fine-tune timing, easing curves, and responsiveness so that automated and AI-generated UI elements feel organic, high-end, and polished rather than mechanical
- Define the official AI-assisted frontend workflow for our contractors, moving from ad-hoc prompting to a standardized, repeatable system backed by clean Figma MCP context
- Audit AI-generated web and mobile outputs to catch layout regressions, asset bloat, or styling inconsistencies before they hit production
- Train and guide the design team on how to structure files for AI/MCP readiness, while helping developers implement assets efficiently
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Technical Artist, Design Technologist, or Frontend Engineer specializing in design systems, asset pipelines, and AI-assisted development workflows
- Demonstrated history of bridging creative asset pipelines (concept art, UI, motion) with modern, AI-driven software engineering execution
- Familiarity with modern AI coding assistants (Claude, Cursor, etc.) and practical experience integrating MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar context-bridging tools into development pipelines
- Experience integrating motion assets (Rive, Lottie) into web (React) and mobile (React Native) projects
- Systematic thinker who loves building automated pipelines and guardrails that make creative and technical teams dramatically more efficient
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate between creative designers and technical engineers
