I'm hiring on behalf of a leading consultancy delivering high-impact digital services for major clients across private and public sector. They’re looking for a Content Designer with a passion for user-centred design and a strong understanding of GOV.UK standards.
You'll work on meaningful projects that improve how the public accesses and experiences digital services.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Create clear, inclusive, user-focused content
✅ Apply GDS and accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG)
✅ Work in agile teams with designers, developers, and researchers
✅ Use data and user research to inform content decisions
✅ Simplify complex information into plain English
What We're Looking For:
- Experience designing content for public sector or GOV.UK services
- Strong understanding of accessibility and inclusive design
- Familiar with agile delivery environments
- SC clearance or eligible (UK resident for 3+ years)
Bonus Skills:
- Accessibility certifications (CPACC, WAS, etc.)
- Experience with assistive tech (e.g. JAWS, Dragon)
- Familiarity with tools like Miro, Teams, and Confluence
