About the Opportunity

We're building products in a fundamentally different way.

Rather than maintaining a traditional separation between design and frontend engineering, we believe AI is redefining how software gets built. We're looking for an ambitious early-career Product Designer who is excited to work at the intersection of AI, design, and engineering.

This is not a traditional design role. You'll use advanced AI tools to rapidly design, build, iterate, and ship product experiences. Our internal AI platform is capable of making changes directly to our codebase and deploying them to production. Your job is to guide it effectively, ask the right questions, make thoughtful product decisions, and create exceptional user experiences.

What You'll Do

• Design intuitive, elegant user experiences for AI-powered products.
• Use advanced AI tools to build and iterate on production-ready features.
• Partner closely with product and engineering teams to rapidly prototype and launch new ideas.
• Take ownership of product experiences from concept through production.
• Ensure every detail—from typography and spacing to interactions and usability—is thoughtfully crafted.
• Use AI to accelerate development while maintaining a high bar for quality.
• Continuously improve products through experimentation and iteration.
• Grow your technical skills with mentorship toward becoming a full-stack engineer.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional experience (or equivalent experience through internships, personal projects, or startups).
• A portfolio demonstrating strong product design work.
• Experience using modern AI tools as part of your creative or development workflow.
• Strong understanding of modern web UI/UX principles.
• Excellent visual design skills, including typography, color, spacing, and layout.
• Exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Curiosity about how AI is transforming software development.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or similar frameworks.
• Experience designing and building web applications.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Lovable, Bolt, v0, or similar platforms.
• Strong product thinking and user-centered design principles.
• Experience rapidly prototyping and validating new product ideas.
