Title: Graphic Designer
Location: 100% remote
Duration: 12-month W2 contract
Talent Acquisition Design and Documentation Specialist. This role owns all visual and communications design across Talent Acquisition tools and deliverables.
Required strength in PowerPoint, SharePoint Online, and other digital design tools, with proven experience creating personas, journey maps, process documentation, workflow documentation, SharePoint Online website designs, and executive level PowerPoint decks.
Core responsibilities include designing executive facing decks and internal and external documentation, building and maintaining SharePoint Online sites, and partnering with business stakeholders on process mapping and process engineering, then translating those workflows into polished playbooks and documentation.
