About The Role
We are seeking a talented Digital Product Designer to join our team and play a vital role in shaping the user experience of our products. In this role, you will be responsible for translating customer needs into compelling user journeys and designing visually appealing, intuitive interfaces that enhance user engagement. Your creative expertise will directly influence how our clients interact with our platform, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience. Collaborating closely with product managers, creative directors, and development teams, you will develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual assets that bring ideas to life. Your work will help bridge the gap between user expectations and technical implementation, contributing to the continuous improvement of our product offerings.
Qualifications
- Proficient copywriting skills in English
- Strong understanding of color theory and typography
- Experience with user journey analysis and mapping
- Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
- Experience working with design systems and symbol libraries
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail
- Prior experience in SaaS or software product design is a plus
- Access to a Mac or equivalent device for design work
- Translate customer needs into engaging user journeys and interfaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct research, design, and prototype new user experiences
- Develop user cases, scenarios, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for various screens and flows
- Create visual assets and document design guidelines for implementation by development teams
- Present and communicate design concepts effectively to peers and senior stakeholders
- Maintain consistency across the product by adhering to established design systems
- Analyze user feedback and data to refine and improve user interfaces
