About The Role We are seeking a talented and creative Front-End Web Developer to join our dynamic web development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web design and development, with a passion for creating user-centric, aesthetically pleasing, and highly functional websites. This role involves maintaining and enhancing existing websites, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency, and contributing to projects aimed at improving scalability, performance, and usability across our platform. The position offers an hourly rate between $18.00 and $20.00, depending on experience and skills, and provides an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with access to modern tools and resources. Qualifications

  • Strong educational background in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Proficient understanding of CSS pre-processing platforms such as SASS
  • Experience with HTML, JavaScript, and front-end development best practices
  • Familiarity with accessibility and performance standards in web development
  • Good eye for design and web aesthetics
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git
  • Knowledge of cloud services like Amazon AWS
  • Familiarity with HubSpot platform
  • Understanding of continuous integration methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Self-motivated with effective time management skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements
  • Reliable internet connection of at least 5 Mbps down / 3 Mbps up

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, update, and enhance existing websites using CSS, HTML, and JavaScript
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure website design aligns with overall branding and user experience goals
  • Implement web development best practices to improve website scalability, performance, and usability
  • Participate in project planning and provide technical input on design and development processes
  • Ensure websites are accessible and meet performance standards
  • Utilize version control tools like Git to manage code repositories effectively
  • Work with cloud services such as Amazon AWS to deploy and manage web applications
  • Support continuous integration and deployment workflows
  • Stay updated on the latest web development trends and incorporate innovative solutions
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving website issues promptly
