About The Role We are seeking a talented and proactive Graphic Designer to join our Product Go-to-Market team as the first in-house designer dedicated to our fintech products. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to influence how our products are presented and perceived by customers and stakeholders. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that supports product launches, marketing campaigns, sales enablement, and internal communications. Your work will directly impact brand consistency and the effectiveness of our messaging. The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and possesses a sharp eye for design, with a passion for translating complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals. This role provides room for growth, increased responsibility, and the chance to develop your skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in communication, graphic design, or a related field
  • Minimum of three years of professional experience in print and digital design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Notion, and Google Workspace
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
  • Portfolio or samples demonstrating expertise in corporate communications and product collateral
  • Excellent communication skills in written, verbal, and presentation formats
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
  • Highly organized with strong time management and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in simplifying complex ideas through visual storytelling is a plus
  • Interest in professional growth and leadership opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Execute small to medium-scale design projects assigned by Go-to-Market Product Managers, with scope for increased responsibility over time
  • Design and layout product collateral for digital download on marketing websites
  • Create web pages and supporting visuals for internal and customer-facing resources
  • Develop compelling visuals for strategic presentations, including Google Slides, to support product narratives
  • Maintain and update presentation templates, ensuring consistency and brand compliance
  • Organize and manage the presentation asset library for easy access and current materials
  • Apply existing templates and brand standards across all design outputs
  • Stay informed on current trends in graphic and web design, proactively suggesting improvements
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, copywriters, engineers, and sales teams
  • Exercise professional judgment in alignment with company procedures and practices
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support team goals and initiatives
