About The Role We are seeking a talented and deadline-oriented Social Media & Digital Graphic Designer to join our team on a temporary, part-time basis. This role offers flexibility with hybrid or remote work options and involves approximately 20 hours per week, averaging around 4 hours daily. The ideal candidate will possess strong digital and social media design experience, preferably within a B2B environment, and will be responsible for creating visually compelling content that simplifies complex messaging. Your work will support our digital marketing efforts, enhance brand awareness, and drive engagement across various social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. You will collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to develop creative assets that align with campaign goals, ensuring consistency with our brand standards. This position requires excellent project management skills, the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and a keen eye for current design trends and best practices. Qualifications
- 2-3+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a focus on digital and social media creative
- Proven experience supporting B2B marketing campaigns
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media content, digital ads, email designs, and campaign assets
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with motion graphics or video assets (After Effects or similar tools preferred)
- Familiarity with HubSpot for email design and marketing workflows
- Experience designing static images, carousels, and short-form motion assets
- Basic knowledge of HTML is a plus
- Solid understanding of platform-specific requirements and best practices for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
- Excellent communication skills and ability to incorporate feedback effectively
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Design high-quality visual assets for social media, digital campaigns, email marketing, and website content, including static graphics, carousels, banners, and short motion graphics
- Develop platform-optimized creative content tailored for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, focusing on engaging B2B audiences
- Translate complex technical or product messaging into clear, visually appealing content that resonates with professional decision-makers
- Ensure all creative work aligns with established brand guidelines, tone, and visual standards
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure creative assets support campaign objectives and messaging strategies
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize deliverables, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Stay updated on the latest digital design trends, social media best practices, and emerging tools to enhance creative output
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to improve visual storytelling and engagement
