About The Role We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team at ClickUp. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a wide array of visual assets that support our branding, marketing, and product initiatives. You will work on diverse projects including branding campaigns, product marketing materials, web and social media content, advertisements, presentations, print collateral, and event displays. Your expertise will help shape and maintain ClickUp’s visual identity across all digital and physical touchpoints. The role requires a proactive approach, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. You will also have the opportunity to lead creative initiatives, mentor junior designers, and partner with external agencies to ensure cohesive and compelling visual storytelling that aligns with our brand strategy. Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within SaaS, tech, or B2B industries.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in print, digital, and presentation design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with UX/UI design tools, with Figma preferred.
- Deep understanding of design principles including typography, composition, color theory, imagery, and illustration.
- Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Experience leading projects from concept through final delivery and working collaboratively across teams.
- Excellent presentation skills to communicate ideas and incorporate stakeholder feedback effectively.
- Experience mentoring junior designers and working with external agencies.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with shifting priorities.
- Experience in maintaining and evolving brand guidelines.
- Knowledge of AI tools and technologies used to enhance creative workflows and asset production.
- Remote work capability with availability to work in Pacific Time zone and support weekend projects as needed.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and elevate ClickUp’s brand aesthetic across all digital platforms by conceptualizing, creating, and updating visual identity and brand guidelines.
- Design, revise, and produce marketing and advertising materials, including web and social media ads, infographics, videos, presentations, websites, blogs, and print collateral to support sales, marketing, and customer success initiatives.
- Develop systems, templates, and processes to streamline asset creation and improve overall efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand perception and seamless user experience across all touchpoints.
- Lead creative projects from initial concept to final execution, taking ownership and ensuring timely delivery.
- Partner with stakeholders across departments, acting as a creative project owner when necessary.
- Present design concepts and work to stakeholders and leadership, incorporating feedback and driving alignment.
- Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and constructive feedback to foster growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with external agencies to ensure brand consistency and high-quality deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance creative processes, generate innovative concepts, and optimize asset production workflows.
