About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX/Product Designer with extensive experience in Salesforce to join our team remotely. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for Salesforce applications tailored for government clients. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into compelling visual designs and seamless user experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio demonstrating their expertise in Salesforce-specific UI/UX design, along with a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and platform customization. The position requires the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance, reflecting the sensitive nature of government projects. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, with specific experience in Salesforce environments
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, particularly within Salesforce platforms
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and Lightning Components
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for design implementation
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
• Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance

Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for Salesforce applications to enhance usability and aesthetic appeal
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather and understand user requirements
• Create and iterate on designs based on usability testing and user feedback
• Ensure consistency in design and adherence to brand guidelines across all Salesforce platforms
• Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts effectively
• Work closely with developers to ensure feasibility and proper implementation of designs within Salesforce
• Implement Salesforce customizations and configurations to optimize user experience
• Conduct usability testing and analyze feedback for continuous improvement
• Maintain knowledge of current design trends, accessibility standards, and Salesforce platform updates
