About The Role

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional website design experience
- Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping
- A compelling portfolio showcasing elegant and innovative web design projects
- Experience with motion design is a plus
- Proficiency in prototyping tools and methods
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Lead the full design process, including conceptualization, wireframing, storyboarding, and final layout creation for both mobile and desktop platforms
- Design and maintain Design Systems for internal use and client projects
- Apply current design trends and branding styles to craft visually compelling digital products and brand narratives
- Ensure pixel-perfect attention to detail in all design outputs
- Conduct user research and analyze insights to inform innovative website features and workflows
- Communicate design concepts, purpose, and strategies effectively to internal teams and clients
- Create cutting-edge designs for clients across industries and company sizes, from SMBs to enterprise-level organizations
- Advocate for user-centered design practices within the team and stakeholder groups
- Collaborate with strategy and business development teams to identify new opportunities and support sales efforts through creative input
