About The Role We are seeking a talented and versatile Junior Web Designer & Email Developer to join our digital team. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity for a creative individual with a passion for digital design, web development, and email marketing. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the creative and digital teams to produce a wide range of campaign assets, including web banners, website graphics, landing pages, and email templates. They will be responsible for managing end-to-end email HTML development, from conceptualization to production, ensuring the assets are visually appealing, functional, and optimized for performance across devices and platforms. The role requires a proactive mindset, excellent technical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in web production, digital design, email marketing, or related fields (internships, freelance projects, and strong portfolio projects are considered)
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS, with the ability to read, write, and troubleshoot code
• Hands-on experience with WordPress, including editing pages, updating content, and working with themes/plugins
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Active Campaign, HubSpot, or similar, including editing templates, deploying campaigns, and analyzing performance reports
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or Figma for design support
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, essential for remote collaboration
• A learner's mindset and positive attitude towards feedback and growth

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain web pages in WordPress, ensuring content accuracy and visual consistency
• Code and style responsive layouts using HTML and CSS for various digital assets
• Create digital assets such as landing pages, web graphics, social media creative, and HTML5 banner ads
• Optimize images and assets for web and email to ensure fast load times and visual quality
• Assist with QA, troubleshooting, and proofreading across live digital work
• Edit, build, and deploy email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, Active Campaign, or HubSpot
• Update and maintain email templates, ensuring they are responsive and aligned with brand standards
• Schedule email sends, set up automations, and analyze campaign performance through reports
• Support list segmentation efforts and maintain CRM hygiene
• Test email campaigns across various clients and devices before deployment to ensure compatibility
• Translate creative direction into web-ready assets, applying design principles such as layout, typography, color, and hierarchy
• Resize and adapt creative assets for different formats and platforms
• Organize and maintain files on FTP servers, asset managers, and cloud storage
• Communicate project status, blockers, and timelines effectively within the team
• Take constructive feedback and iterate quickly to improve deliverables
