2. About the Opportunity:
The Brand Marketing Manager role is designed to develop and execute brand campaigns that align with business goals and consumer insights to enhance brand perception and drive demand. This position is responsible for shaping campaign strategies, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring that marketing efforts build a distinctive and trusted brand presence.
3. Responsibilities:
- Develop campaign strategies and architecture for key brand and partner initiatives.
- Translate business objectives and audience insights into actionable briefs and recommendations.
- Lead brief development and coordinate efforts between Partner Marketing, Product Marketing, Creative, Social, Paid, and Communications teams.
- Set go-to-market strategies and manage investment priorities for brand campaigns.
- Establish frameworks for learning and continuous improvement from campaign results.
- Oversee brand measurement and reporting, maintaining brand health tracking and providing leadership with performance insights.
4. Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in brand or integrated marketing, managing campaigns from strategy through launch.
- Proven ability to lead creative teams and deliver work on strategy, budget, and schedule.
- Experience building brand awareness and evaluating performance against business KPIs.
- Skilled in navigating complex, matrixed organizations and driving cross-functional alignment.
- Data-driven with a collaborative mindset open to new information.
- Preferred: Experience with global campaign extension and in fintech or trust-sensitive industries.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- USA base pay range (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT): $165,000 - $225,000 per year.
- USA base pay range (all other U.S. states): $146,000 - $206,000 per year.
- Compensation includes base pay, potential equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness, and technology, plus benefits including fully subsidized medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and dependents.
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
