What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage Requests for Proposals/Qualifications (RFP/Qs) from initiation to submission
• Develop marketing qualification packages while collaborating with technical staff
• Create compelling visuals and assist in interview preparations
• Edit and proofread marketing materials with a focus on A/E/C industry terminology
• Utilize InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite to produce high-quality documents

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 2-5 years of marketing experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Public Relations, Communications, Graphic Design, or Journalism
• Proficiency in InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite
• Advanced English writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of A/E/C industry terminology and delivery methods
