We’re looking for a commercially minded and data-driven E-commerce Manager to lead and optimize our online sales channels. If you have strong experience in digital retail, conversion optimization, and cross-functional collaboration, this role is an excellent opportunity.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end e-commerce operation across all online platforms
• Optimize product listings, pricing strategies, merchandising, and promotions
• Plan and execute product launches, campaigns, and seasonal sales
• Monitor website performance, customer journeys, and conversion rates
• Collaborate with marketing, design, operations, and logistics teams
• Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends
• Implement CRO initiatives, A/B testing, and UX improvements
• Ensure smooth order fulfilment and post-purchase experience
• Manage e-commerce KPIs, reporting, and forecasting
• Stay informed on industry trends, tools, and competitors

✅ Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital retail, or online sales management
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, paid media, and CRO
• Experience with analytics and tracking tools (GA4, Hotjar, Klaviyo)
• Commercial mindset with strong analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience working with remote or distributed teams is a plus
• Fluent in English
• Must be based in Australia with legal right to work full-time
