Digital Marketing Designer – (Remote)

Are you a creative powerhouse with a passion for digital design and a strong eye for detail? We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Designer to join our remote marketing team and help bring our brand to life across digital campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is excited about supporting revenue marketing through thoughtful, high-performing visuals.

What You’ll Do:

• Design a wide range of digital marketing assets—ads, emails, landing pages, infographics, social graphics, blogs, and more.
• Consistently deliver designs that align with brand guidelines and support campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with content creators, marketers, and other designers to develop engaging assets that drive performance.
• Translate complex concepts into clean, compelling visuals tailored to a construction and technology-focused audience.
• Manage multiple design projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, fully remote work environment.
• (Bonus) Create motion graphics, animations, or short-form videos to enhance marketing efforts.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of graphic design experience, with a portfolio showcasing digital work in B2B and/or corporate marketing.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Bonus if you have experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
• Highly collaborative and communicative—comfortable working with cross-functional teams across time zones.
• Strong organizational and time management skills. Able to prioritize and pivot as project needs evolve.
• Familiarity with performance marketing and understanding of how design supports conversion goals.
• Working knowledge of collaborative tools like Figma, Canva, or Creatopy.
• Experience in or familiarity with construction, architecture, engineering, or SaaS industries.
• Prior experience working in a remote, B2B environment using tools like Wrike is a plus.
