We’re looking for a hands-on marketing leader to drive measurable, revenue-connected growth for one of the most ambitious AI and hyperautomation companies in the world. This is not a brand-polishing or slide-deck role — it’s for someone who can prove impact through execution, data, and sustained momentum. You’ll own digital growth end to end: from strategy to launch to ROI. This role requires someone who can translate complex AI into clarity, build credibility in the market, and turn attention into pipeline.
What You’ll Own:
- Lead Generation: Design and execute digital campaigns that create qualified pipeline — not vanity metrics.
- LinkedIn Dominance: Build and scale a strong, daily LinkedIn presence through original content, thought leadership, and active engagement.
- Content Engine: Own blogs (500–800 words), social, and newsletters that turn technical AI concepts into compelling, high-conversion narratives.
- Campaign Execution: Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and strategic partnerships.
- ROI Reporting: Own analytics and reporting end to end — clearly tying activity to pipeline, revenue, and growth outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with creative, product, and business teams to align messaging, positioning, and growth initiatives.
Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable):
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise technology marketing, growth, or demand generation
- Proven track record of measurable ROI and pipeline creation through digital channels
- Hands-on execution experience — not just people management
- Strong LinkedIn presence (10K+ followers ideal) with visible, consistent content and engagement
- Experience producing or overseeing blogs, campaigns, and content strategy
- Familiarity with AI, SaaS, or emerging technology markets
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-innovation environments
- Financial discipline and a clear ability to connect marketing activity to business outcomes
