Job Title: UX Designer – Marketing Web & Email Experience

Type: Full-time Contract (40 hrs/week)

Start: ASAP

Location: Remote (U.S.-based, ET hours required)

Compensation: up to $55/hr DOE

We’re hiring a UX Designer to join a high-growth digital marketing team focused on optimizing conversion-driven web and email experiences. This role supports large-scale marketing initiatives — from homepage refreshes to campaign landing pages, customer journeys, and lifecycle emails. You’ll partner with brand, content, and dev teams across time zones, so clarity, speed, and polish are key.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

• Designing responsive homepage flows and campaign landing pages

• Mapping and refining end-to-end customer journeys

• Collaborating on UX for email, newsletter, and lifecycle communications

• Turning business goals into wireframes and clean design specs

• Contributing to design systems and working across Figma libraries

• Working async with global teams across brand, content, and engineering

Must-Haves (Don’t Apply Without These)

• 3+ years UX design experience with clear marketing focus

• Hands-on web and email design experience (not just product/app UX)

• Expertise in responsive design, performance-focused UX, and conversion paths

• Strong Figma skills; able to create, present, and iterate quickly

• Able to work independently while collaborating across teams in ET hours

• Experience with A/B testing, marketing analytics, or CRO tools a plus

You’ll Stand Out If You…

• Have redesigned homepages or web journeys with measurable marketing impact

• Have experience working with brand and content teams under tight deadlines

• Have contributed to lifecycle email strategy from a UX perspective

• Can speak to how your design decisions improved engagement or conversion

This is a 40-hour/week contract role with a national brand, built for someone who understands how great UX supports growth marketing, not just product.
