Role Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer / Graphic Designer to create engaging digital experiences and compelling visual assets that enhance user satisfaction and strengthen brand identity. This role combines product design, user experience, and graphic design to deliver innovative solutions across digital products and marketing initiatives.
The successful candidate will collaborate with product managers, developers, marketers, and other stakeholders to transform ideas into intuitive, user-centered, and visually impactful designs. You will participate throughout the design process, from research and concept development to prototyping, visual design, implementation support, and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications, creating wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. You will also develop marketing materials, social media graphics, presentations, branding assets, illustrations, and other visual content that align with established brand guidelines.
The role involves conducting user research, analyzing user feedback, and applying usability principles to improve product experiences. You will maintain design systems, ensure consistency across digital products and marketing materials, and work closely with development teams to support successful implementation of design specifications.
Additional responsibilities may include preparing production-ready design assets, supporting product launches and marketing campaigns, reviewing design quality, monitoring industry trends, and contributing creative ideas that improve both user experience and visual communication. The ideal candidate is innovative, organized, and passionate about creating meaningful designs that balance aesthetics with functionality.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of product design, graphic design, UI/UX principles, and visual communication.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software.
- Ability to create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity user interface designs.
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, branding, and visual hierarchy.
- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and user-centered design methodologies.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital product design, graphic design, or visual communication projects.
- Ability to translate business and user requirements into effective design solutions.
- Excellent creativity, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality design.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, marketers, and other stakeholders.
- Strong presentation and communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries is an advantage.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new design tools, technologies, and industry trends.
- Professional attitude with strong organizational and project management skills.
