We’re looking for a talented, detail-oriented Assistant Graphic Designer to join our creative team. You’ll work across a variety of clients and projects, creating polished designs for print, digital, and social media.
What You’ll Do:
- Design for a variety of print and digital applications
- Manage multiple projects and client requests each day. (Ability to stay organized and multitask is key!)
- Prepare files for print and digital production
- Collaborate with the team and make revisions quickly and accurately
- Assist with local client projects, photoshoots, and/or meetings
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from a four-year college or university, preferably in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines
- Focused, dependable, and hardworking
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and composition
- Collaborative, communicative, and receptive to feedback
- Strong portfolio demonstrating professional design work
- Northern/Central New Jersey location preferred, Eastern Time zone required
