Are you a wiz with designs? Do you love working on different creative designs every day? Do you have experience with entertainment clients? Position Overview We are looking for a Junior Social Designer with 1-2 years of experience to join our studio team. The designer will conceptualise, create and amend a range of digital creative primarily including, but not limited to, social media creative (static and video), and display banners for a variety of clients within the entertainment space. The designer will work closely within the content team consisting of designers, senior designers, creative directors and producers. Designing original creative, as well as working with and modifying creative initiated by others, you will need to be a creative thinker, detail-oriented, confident, and able to express ideas and concepts to other team members in an articulate, well-thought-out manner. Most importantly we want you to be passionate about design and creating a final product that both the clients and ourselves can be proud of. You will hold a key role as part of a talented department, designing and bringing to life digital and social media campaigns for global brands and entertainment clients. Who You Should Be:

• A portfolio demonstrating outstanding and flexible creative design skills
• Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and After Effects
• A desire to produce stand out creative for many of the worldʼs leading entertainment brands
• An understanding of digital trends and a desire to keep up to date with the ever-changing platforms we design for
• An awareness of best practises and technical specs, particularly for social and display creative
• The ability to adapt your work to changing client requirements
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment often to strict deadlines
• A desire to develop your skills and learn new ones
• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to work well with other designers, developers and producers across offices
• Experience with motion graphics
• Education in Graphic Design or Multimedia Design
• A passion for all things entertainment is strongly desired but not essential

What You’ll Do

• Creating and developing designs through to completion that meets the client brief for a range of digital campaigns including social, display, video, websites
• Understanding the clientʼs established brand guidelines where applicable and creating a design in keeping with the style
• Actioning both internal and external feedback
• Bringing creative ideas to brainstorms and pitches
• Keeping up to date with industry trends
