Senior Graphic Designer (Freelance)

TNGE is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer (Freelance) to collaborate closely with our team across brand, growth, and campaign work for beauty, wellness, and fashion clients.

This role is for a designer who combines strong visual taste with speed and precision. You’ll translate strategic direction into clear, high-quality creative across digital and brand touchpoints, and help elevate how our work shows up in the world.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Design visual assets across brand, digital, and campaign work
• Create and adapt layouts for social, web, presentations, and marketing materials
• Translate creative direction and brand strategy into clear, on-brand design systems
• Develop and refine visual identities and guidelines for client brands
• Collaborate closely with strategists and founders to iterate fast and deliver high-quality output
• Prepare final files for handover across digital and print use cases
• Maintain visual consistency and high design standards across all touchpoints

YOU ARE

• 4+ years experience as a graphic designer, preferably in agency or brand environments
• Strong portfolio showing taste, clarity, and range across digital and brand design
• Comfortable working independently and owning design output end-to-end
• Fast, detail-oriented, and reliable under tight timelines
• Clear communicator who takes feedback well and iterates quickly
• Fluent in English
• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma
• Experienced in AI image generation using tools like Midjourney and/or Adobe Firefly and ChatGPT
• Comfortable working freelance on a retainer or project basis
• Available to start immediately

• Experience in beauty, wellness, fashion, or lifestyle brands
• Experience working with early-stage or founder-led brands
• Skilled in motion, social animation, and presentation design
