Toddlekind is Hiring: Sales Support & Business Development (Midijobber, Remote – Germany)

Part-time | 25 hours/week | Remote within Germany

Toddlekind, Europe’s leading brand for premium playmats and stylish children’s interiors, is seeking a proactive and organized Midijobber to join our growing Sales & Business Development team. As the #1 playmat brand, we’re expanding rapidly—and this is your chance to be part of a fast-moving, design-led international company.

Your Role:

• Support the Sales & Business Development team with both administrative and strategic tasks

• Manage and nurture existing B2B accounts

• Assist with onboarding and client management via dropship platforms and marketplaces

• Coordinate communication between customers, logistics, and internal teams

• Conduct outreach and research for new business opportunities across Europe

• Maintain CRM systems, prepare sales reports, and track follow-ups

What You Bring:

• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)

• Confident and personable on the phone—relationship-building is key

• Based in Germany

• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or account management (ideally in lifestyle or baby sectors)

• Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like Shopify, Gorgias, or similar CRMs

• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and highly organized

• Willing to travel occasionally for trade shows and events
