We’re looking for a Senior Strategist.

You’ll take a leading role in defining strategies for our clients. You’ll be responsible for turning complex products into clear, distinctive positioning that gives companies a voice worth listening to. You’ll guide workshops, shape narratives, and build strategies that make fast-scaling tech startups and global leaders stand out — and stand for something.

We believe strategy is about clarity. In categories like AI, fintech and SaaS, the brands that cut through are the ones that know exactly who they are and why they matter. Your job is to get them there.

  • You’re a clear, confident communicator. Whether leading a room of founders or C-suite execs, you speak clearly but with authority.
  • You bring a sharp analytical mind. You’re an expert at turning deep research into insights, and insights into compelling brand positioning.
  • You know how to lead workshops. You get people talking, thinking and aligned: founders, marketers, C-level stakeholders and beyond.
  • You write with authority. From capturing big ideas in simple, evocative language that clients remember to writing a strategy document.
  • You present strategy decks with clarity and conviction. Inspiring confidence in your recommendations — whether that’s a positioning statement, value proposition or brand story.
  • You collaborate closely with design teams. With a real design sensibility, you translate strategic thinking into creative directions that feel powerful and consistent.
  • You’re curious, questioning and ambitious. Perhaps you’re looking to step into your first senior role.

Plus you...

  • Bring 4+ years of experience in strategy, brand, or product marketing.
  • Likely come from one of these backgrounds: (a) Product marketing lead at a tech company (b) Strategist at a brand, digital, or creative agency (c) Copywriter with strategy experience, looking to make strategy your focus.
  • Have experience in tech (SaaS, fintech, AI, etc.), or a strong interest in diving into them.
  • Have a deep understanding of brand positioning and value proposition development.
