About the Role Are you a creative leader who thrives in a fast-paced, agency environment? We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to bring fresh ideas, bold creativity, and strategic thinking to a wide variety of client projects. In this role, you’ll work across industries, designing everything from digital campaigns and social content to print collateral and brand identities. This is an exciting opportunity to shape visual storytelling for multiple brands, mentor junior designers, and play a central role in delivering innovative work that makes an impact. What You’ll Do

• Lead the conception, design, and execution of creative projects for a diverse portfolio of clients.

• Develop campaigns and assets across digital, print, and multimedia platforms.

• Adapt and maintain client brand identities while ensuring high-quality, consistent deliverables.

• Collaborate with account managers, strategists, and agency partners to bring client goals to life.

• Provide art direction, mentorship, and feedback to junior designers and freelance partners.

• Manage multiple projects at once, balancing deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Present design concepts and creative solutions to clients with confidence and clarity.

• Create visually compelling client pitch decks and presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and technologies—including AI-driven creative platforms—to bring innovative ideas to every project.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 5–7 years of professional design experience, ideally within an agency or multi-brand environment.

• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative work across industries and media.

• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with Figma a plus.

• Demonstrated experience using AI-powered creative tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E, or similar platforms to enhance design workflows and ideation.

• Expertise in typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to design compelling client-facing presentations.

• Experience using project management tools such as Wrike or Asana, to manage tasks and collaborate across teams.

• Proven ability to manage multiple client projects without sacrificing quality.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain design rationale.

• A collaborative team player who thrives under deadlines.

Bonus Points

• Motion graphics or animation experience (After Effects).

• Understanding of UX/UI principles.

• Photography, illustration, or video editing skills.

• Direct client-facing experience in an agency environment.

• Curiosity and adaptability in exploring new creative technologies, including AI-assisted design.
