The ideal candidate has strong design fundamentals, advanced PowerPoint skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while collaborating with teams across the organization. This is a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and refine PowerPoint presentations for sales, account management, leadership, and marketing, including pitch decks, internal updates, and client-facing materials.
  • Develop and maintain branded PowerPoint templates, reusable slide layouts, and master slides to improve consistency and efficiency.
  • Create graphics and visual content for CorVel’s LinkedIn account and other social media channels in collaboration with the content marketing team.
  • Turn complex concepts and data into clear visual presentations using charts, diagrams, and infographics.
  • Work with content, digital, product, and sales teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective presentation and social media assets.
  • Maintain brand consistency across presentations, social graphics, and other marketing materials.
  • Support additional design projects, including email templates, one-pagers, case studies, whitepapers, and trade show materials.
  • Manage multiple design requests, organize priorities, and meet project deadlines.
  • Coordinate with external designers, agencies, and vendors when needed.
  • Stay informed about presentation design and social media trends and bring new ideas to the marketing team.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Two to four years of professional graphic design experience, including substantial hands-on PowerPoint presentation design.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating presentation design and social media graphics, ideally with additional marketing design work.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, including custom templates, master slides, and animations.
  • Working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and brand systems.
  • Experience designing for social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, with an understanding of platform-specific formats and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills, including the ability to incorporate feedback and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the healthcare or risk management industry.
  • Basic video editing or motion graphics skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms and tools such as Canva, WordPress, Seismic, and Pardot/Salesforce.

Compensation and Benefits

The posted pay range is $58,126–$75,497. Compensation may vary based on geographic location, relevant skills, experience, qualifications, internal equity, and market conditions. The final salary level may also depend on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and overall fit.

Full-time regular employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical and prescription coverage, dental and vision insurance, long-term disability coverage, a health savings account, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, prepaid legal insurance, parking and transit FSA accounts, 401(k) and Roth 401(k) plans, and paid time off.
