Summary Our client is looking for a highly skilled Web & Brand Designer to create visually polished, high-performing websites for private practice medical clients. This role will focus on producing clean, responsive, and user-friendly designs that support marketing objectives. Responsibilities
- Design responsive website layouts and UI components in Figma that are aligned with branding and user needs.
- Develop brand identity systems, including logos, typography, color palettes, and visual guidelines.
- Create detailed design systems, style guides, and interactive prototypes for developer handoff.
- Ensure designs are optimized for performance, accessibility, and conversion.
- Iterate based on feedback and testing results to refine the user and brand experience.
- Maintain organized design files and documentation to support both brand and web development workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Web/Brand design with strong expertise in Figma.
- Familiarity with Webflow’s design structure and best practices for developer handoff.
- Portfolio demonstrating clean, responsive Web design; preferably in healthcare or service-based industries.
- Strong grasp of UX/UI principles, typography, layout, and accessibility standards.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and adapting to shifting priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple design projects that will run simultaneously.
