• Developing dynamic, real-time learning pathways that guide learners from phonics to complex text analysis, ensuring personalized progression.
• Collaborating with a diverse team of educators, linguists, and AI specialists to expand the boundaries of language education, impacting the educational journey of countless students.

Learning Designer Key Responsibilities Lead the charge in enhancing student English and Language Arts achievements through AI-powered analysis and execution, achieving a twofold increase in skill mastery across reading, writing, grammar, and literature analysis at various grade levels within our groundbreaking 2 Hour Learning model. Basic Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or higher in English, Literature, Linguistics, or a related discipline
• Over three years of experience in teaching English/Language Arts or developing ELA curriculum, with a proven track record in improving learning outcomes
• Fundamental coding skills in any programming language
• Experience in designing, implementing, or utilizing AI systems for content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
• Proven ability to interpret complex data and extract actionable insights
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying intricate English/Language Arts concepts to diverse audiences in a professional environment
