What you will do

• Take full ownership of a new product from 0 to 1
• Define and shape the product in close collaboration with customers and internal teams
• Translate abstract user problems into clear, actionable product requirements
• Own the roadmap from ideation to launch and continuous iteration
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and commercial teams to ship effectively
• Validate assumptions quickly and iterate based on feedback and data
• Drive the product vision while staying agile and open to change

What you need

• 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, ideally in fintech or banking
• Proficiency in English
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to simplify complex systems
• Experience working with technical teams on API-based or data-driven products
• Comfortable owning products end-to-end in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
