Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Content Creator to join our team on a contract basis. This role will focus on creating engaging content across multiple social media platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), and LinkedIn. Content styles will vary depending on client needs, and you'll work closely with our team to ensure each piece aligns with the client’s brand voice, tone, and messaging.

Initial Responsibilities:

• Create and edit high-quality social media content, including videos and images, that resonates with each client’s target audience.
• Design content that reflects the brand voice, tone, and guidelines of our clients.
• Produce 1-3 videos per week and 2-4 images with text posts, depending on client needs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and clients to ensure content aligns with brand goals and marketing strategies.
• Use internal applications such as ClickUp (project management) and Loomly (content scheduling) to manage and publish content.
• Meet deadlines consistently while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Stay updated with social media trends and incorporate them into content creation to maximize engagement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in content creation for multiple social media platforms, including video and graphic design.
• Efficient with graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, Canva, or equivalent.
• Experience with video editing.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing strategies and best practices.
• Ability to deliver content quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to take direction and incorporate feedback.
• Strong proofreading skills and attention to detail.
• Able to meet weekly deadlines for content creation.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of social media algorithms and how to optimize content for maximum reach and engagement.
• Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to various content styles and brand voices.

Additional Information: This position starts with managing content for 1-2 clients, with the potential for growth based on performance and client needs. Compensation is client-based, with opportunities for additional work such as advertising and ghostwriting as needed.
