• Create detailed, photorealistic 3D visualizations of real estate developments using 3ds Max

Skills And Requirements

• Proven experience in architectural visualization, with a strong portfolio showcasing 3ds Max work
• Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray or Corona Renderer, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Solid understanding of architectural concepts, lighting, materials, and composition
• Ability to interpret and work from architectural drawings and specifications
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality visuals
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
