Animator – Full-Time

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled animator with proven experience on the Roblox platform to join a fast-paced project on a full-time contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging animations tailored to the unique requirements of Roblox games. You will work independently, adapting quickly to established styles and workflows, and consistently deliver polished animations with minimal supervision. The position requires full-time availability and the ability to work from within the UK or a similar timezone. Reliability, adaptability, and a strong sense of responsibility are essential, as you will be expected to meet tight deadlines and maintain a high standard of output throughout the contract. Responsibilities

• Design, create, and implement character and object animations specifically for Roblox games
• Collaborate with project leads to ensure animations align with the creative vision and technical requirements
• Iterate quickly on feedback and make necessary adjustments to animations
• Maintain consistency in animation style and quality across all deliverables
• Manage your own workflow to meet project milestones and deadlines
• Troubleshoot and resolve animation-related issues within the Roblox environment
• Communicate progress and challenges proactively to the project team

Skills And Requirements

• Demonstrated experience animating within the Roblox platform, with a strong portfolio of relevant work
• Proficiency in Roblox Studio and associated animation tools
• Solid understanding of animation principles, timing, and rigging for games
• Ability to work independently and efficiently, delivering high-quality results with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle full-time contract hours
