This role involves creating a standout festival poster and providing creative direction across illustration, animation, and design elements. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas and a passion for music culture, helping to capture the festival’s energy and appeal to a diverse audience. This is a remote, project-based opportunity with the potential for future collaborations. Deliverables

• Design a visually compelling festival poster that aligns with the event’s brand and vision
• Develop illustration and animation assets for use across digital and print channels
• Provide creative direction and design guidance to ensure a cohesive festival identity
• Collaborate with the festival team to refine concepts and deliver final artwork
• Prepare files for print and digital distribution, ensuring high-quality output

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design, illustration, and animation, preferably within the music or events sector
• Strong portfolio showcasing festival, event, or music-related design work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) or equivalent tools
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into engaging visual concepts
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Availability for a project duration of more than one week, with flexibility for follow-up work
• Knowledge of current design trends in music festivals and youth culture is a plus
