Interior Designer

This role involves supporting the renovation of a franchise restaurant by producing detailed 2D rendering drawings in line with provided design guidelines. The project requires the creation of exterior elevations, finish floor plans, reflected ceiling plans with ceiling finishes and lighting fixtures, artwork plans, and furniture layout plans. The ideal candidate will be able to interpret franchise standards and deliver high-quality visualizations to guide the renovation process. The work is fully remote and must be completed within a two-week timeframe. Requirements

• Proven experience in interior design, specifically for restaurants or hospitality environments
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling software
• Strong skills in producing 2D renderings, including exterior elevations, floor plans, ceiling plans, and furniture layouts
• Ability to interpret and apply franchise design guidelines accurately
• Excellent attention to detail and spatial planning
• Strong communication skills for remote collaboration
• Ability to deliver within tight deadlines
• Availability to start immediately and commit to a two-week delivery window
• Remote work capability with reliable internet access
