Remote Social Media Manager – Fashion Brand

This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the digital identity of a premium fashion accessories brand focused on femininity and thoughtful design. As the Social Media Manager, you will take creative ownership of the brand’s Instagram and TikTok channels, developing a cohesive visual language and content calendar that resonates with a chic, style-conscious audience. You will be responsible for crafting engaging posts, stories, and videos that drive brand awareness and desire, while also collaborating with the in-house team to build an effective influencer marketing strategy. This part-time contract position is ideal for someone with a passion for fashion, a refined aesthetic, and a deep understanding of social media trends. Deliverables

• Develop and execute a content strategy for Instagram and TikTok, including 3 posts and 5 stories per week on Instagram, and 3 videos per week on TikTok
• Craft bi-weekly newsletters to engage and grow the brand’s subscriber base
• Oversee the visual direction and storytelling for all digital content, ensuring alignment with the brand’s chic and feminine identity
• Build and manage an influencer marketing strategy in collaboration with the in-house team
• Monitor social media analytics to optimize content performance and audience engagement
• Maintain a regular posting schedule and adapt content based on trends and audience feedback

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media for fashion, lifestyle, or similar brands
• Strong creative instincts and a refined sense of visual storytelling
• Deep knowledge of Instagram and TikTok best practices, trends, and analytics tools
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to craft content that aligns with a chic, feminine brand personality
• Experience with influencer outreach and digital marketing strategies
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently on a part-time, contract basis
• Availability to start immediately and commit to a consistent posting schedule
