Social Media Manager – Instagram Launch Strategy

This role focuses on designing and executing a comprehensive Instagram launch campaign for a new Mead/Irish honey wine brand targeting both weddings and corporate experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing a tailored strategy to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and ensure a successful product launch by September. The position is remote within Ireland and offers the potential for ongoing collaboration based on campaign success. Deliverables

• Develop a detailed Instagram launch strategy tailored to the brand’s target audiences, including weddings and corporate events.
• Create a content calendar and schedule posts to maximize reach and engagement leading up to and following the product launch.
• Design and curate visually compelling content that aligns with the brand’s identity and values.
• Implement engagement tactics such as stories, reels, and interactive posts to foster community growth.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies to optimize results.
• Provide regular progress updates and actionable insights to inform future marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing and growing Instagram accounts, preferably for beverage, lifestyle, or event-focused brands.
• Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms, content trends, and audience engagement strategies.
• Proficiency in content creation, including graphic design, photography, and copywriting for social media.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans with measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with the Irish market and remote work within Ireland is required.
• Availability to begin work promptly and commit through the September launch period.
