User Experience Designer – SaaS Prototype

Join an exciting real estate tech startup to lead the end-to-end design of a high-fidelity, interactive prototype for a video-first platform. This role centers on crafting a seamless user journey for LuxList AI, where users engage with video tutorials, AI-powered features, and intuitive contract management. You will design wireframes for multiple flows, including user questionnaires, vendor tracking, and staff backend, ensuring a cohesive and accessible experience across devices. The project culminates in a developer-ready handoff, complete with a comprehensive style guide and detailed Figma files. Responsibilities

• Design and iterate high-fidelity UI mockups and interactive prototypes in Figma for a video-centric real estate portal
• Map and visualize the full user journey, including onboarding, questionnaires, vendor management, and staff backend flows
• Develop wireframes and user flows for both desktop and mobile, ensuring mobile responsiveness and accessibility
• Integrate video tutorials and AI-driven features into the user experience
• Prepare a detailed style guide and documentation for developer handoff
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and incorporate feedback
• Ensure all designs adhere to best practices in usability, accessibility, and modern SaaS dashboard standards

Skills And Requirements

• Proven experience designing SaaS dashboards, admin panels, or complex web applications
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including prototyping and component libraries
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-fidelity UI/UX work and interactive prototypes
• Deep understanding of mobile-responsive and accessible design principles
• Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user flows and interfaces
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Experience preparing developer-ready assets and documentation
• Availability for urgent project timelines and potential for long-term collaboration
