Video Editor

A video editor is required to bring a modern and engaging approach to a pre-recorded, interview-style real estate video, approximately 10 minutes in length. The objective is to transform a traditionally cartoon-inspired concept into a visually appealing and professional format fit for 2025. This includes dynamic storytelling, clean editing, strategic use of kinetic text, icons, and supporting visuals that maintain viewer interest and align with the speaker's tone and pacing. References for style and tone will be provided to guide the creative direction. This project offers an opportunity to reimagine a legacy video using contemporary editing techniques.

Requirements

• Proven experience in video editing with a portfolio demonstrating clean, modern, and dynamic styles
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent
• Ability to incorporate kinetic text, animations, icons, and stock footage seamlessly
• Strong sense of pacing and visual rhythm to match voice delivery
• Excellent attention to detail and creative storytelling techniques
• Capable of interpreting style references and executing a polished final product
• Must be available to work remotely
