What you’ll do 📋

• Build funnels in ClickFunnels (and occasionally Webflow) from skeleton to conversion-ready assets
• Review and direct short-form video ads, providing clear feedback to editors and UGC creators
• Write and refine funnel copy and ad scripts for results-driven performance
• Oversee full client delivery — from pages to automations — ensuring nothing slips
• Own client communication, aligning strategy and approving creative assets
• Collaborate with our tech VA on CRM setup, zaps, and tracking

What you bring ✅

• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Strong experience in performance marketing and direct response
• Knowledge of high-ticket funnels, lead generation, and conversion rate optimization
• Ability to communicate clearly with editors, copywriters, and clients
• Experience with info products or high-ticket lead gen is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with ClickFunnels, Facebook Ads, and funnel implementation
• High attention to detail and ability to polish creative to a professional standard
• Strong ownership mindset — you spot issues and fix them proactively

• Have worked in an agency setting
• Have scaled offers via Facebook or TikTok ads

Role details 🕒

• Full-time remote (Monday to Friday, 40 hrs/week) — B2B contract
• Must be available to work AEST hours
• Base salary: $3,000–$5,000/month (USD)
