Video Editor – Real Estate

Join an exciting opportunity to shape the online presence of a real estate expert based in Dubai. This role focuses on editing engaging, high-quality videos for various social media platforms, with content typically ranging from 1 to 2 minutes. The primary objective is to create visually compelling videos that highlight real estate topics, utilizing graphics, animations, subtitles, and other enhancements to maximize viewer engagement and shareability. There is also potential for editing longer-form YouTube content. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, be adept at integrating custom graphic assets, and possess a creative approach to video storytelling. This is a remote position with the potential for ongoing collaboration. Deliverables

• Edit short-form videos (1–2 minutes) for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Incorporate graphics, animations, and subtitles to enhance video engagement
• Design and integrate custom graphic assets tailored to real estate content
• Edit longer-form YouTube videos as needed
• Ensure all videos are optimized for social media algorithms and audience retention
• Collaborate remotely and communicate effectively to align with content vision

Requirements

• Proven experience in video editing for social media platforms
• Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
• Strong skills in motion graphics, animation, and subtitle integration
• Ability to design and implement attractive graphic assets
• Creative mindset with a keen understanding of social media trends and viral content strategies
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high production standards
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Remote work capability with reliable internet access
• Interest in real estate or experience with real estate content is a plus
