Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online sales channel for this project. This is a remote role, ideally suited for candidates based in Europe or familiar with the European e-commerce landscape.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless customer journey, strong conversion rates, and alignment with the brand’s design-driven identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the e-commerce platform (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar)
• Oversee product listings, ensuring high-quality content (descriptions, images, SEO optimization)
• Monitor and improve website performance, UX/UI, and conversion rates
• Implement and manage digital marketing strategies (email marketing, paid ads, retargeting)
• Ensure smooth order processing, payment systems, and customer experience
• Stay up to date with e-commerce trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience in e-commerce management (preferably in design, lifestyle, or home decor sectors)
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and tools
• Experience with digital marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing tools)
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and customer journey optimization
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Nice to Have

• Experience working with design-oriented or premium brands
• Familiarity with European logistics and cross-border e-commerce
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or collaboration with developers
• Creative sensibility aligned with home decor and product aesthetics
