Job Description:

Join an AI start-up focused on building powerful AI agents and natural-language interfaces for small businesses. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you’ll work across backend and frontend systems to deliver AI-powered products that support real-world operational workflows.

You’ll collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to design, build, and iterate on features that connect user input with actionable data, helping bring agent-driven tools into production environments.

The Opportunity:

You’ll join a small, cross-functional team in a remote-first environment with meaningful ownership over product and architecture decisions. This is an opportunity to shape the full stack of an AI agent platform, influence technical direction, and ship features quickly with direct user feedback loops.

What you will do:

• Build and maintain backend APIs and services in Python using frameworks like Django, FastAPI, or Flask to support agent logic, integrations, and user data.
• Implement responsive, natural-language-driven frontends with TypeScript/JavaScript, using frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js to create intuitive experiences for users.
• Collaborate on the design of agent orchestration, request pipelines, and production inference routes to connect user input with actionable data.
• Own the delivery of features from start to finish: design, implement, test, deploy, and monitor, working closely with product and customer teams for rapid iterations.
• Utilize GitHub for code collaboration, engaging in code reviews, CI/CD processes, and quality engineering practices.
• Troubleshoot production systems, optimize for reliability and latency, and help define the technical roadmap for scaling agent usage.
