Purpose of the Role

We’re seeking a Lead Product Manager to help build a new enterprise SaaS product, initially focused on the legal, investment banking, and private equity sectors.

You’ll shape the product vision and roadmap, enable delivery across cross‑functional teams, and ensure our solution meets the needs of global professional services firms. As an AI‑powered product, you will work closely with our data science teams to scale a world‑class enterprise solution within a demanding sector.

This is a high‑profile role, working in partnership with engineering, data science, UX/UI, sales, marketing, and senior leadership — and regularly engaging with leading global firms.

Alongside strategic responsibilities, this role is hands‑on and collaborative. You’ll work closely with teams, contribute actively to delivery, and adapt constructively as challenges arise.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Vision

  • Define and own the product vision and roadmap for enterprise SaaS solutions in the Legal, Investment Banking, and Private Equity sectors.
  • Ensure solutions meet sector‑specific requirements for scale, security, compliance, and user experience.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of client needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape within professional services.

Product Development

  • Partner with engineering, design, and data science to deliver innovative, high‑value features, including AI‑driven capabilities.
  • Lead the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch and ongoing optimisation.
  • Balance long‑term strategic goals with near‑term delivery priorities.

Go‑to‑Market & Commercialisation

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and commercial teams to define value propositions, pricing models, and product positioning.
  • Create sales enablement materials including pitch decks, toolkits, client discussion guides, and objection‑handling content.
  • Act as a product advocate in client meetings, pitches, and demos.

Stakeholder & Client Engagement

  • Provide clear, concise product updates to executive leadership.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders to gather feedback and support adoption.

Personal Attributes

  • Proven experience scaling enterprise SaaS products in Legal, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or related professional services sectors.
  • Experience leading end‑to‑end product lifecycle activities — from vision and roadmap to delivery and optimisation.
  • Understanding of sector‑specific security, compliance, and integration requirements.
  • Strong commercial awareness, with experience defining go‑to‑market strategies, pricing, and positioning.
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross‑functional teams (engineering, design, sales, marketing).
  • Innovative, hands‑on, and team‑oriented — someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and practical delivery.
  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, including C‑suite leaders and major enterprise clients.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery practices and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Exposure to AI/ML‑enabled product features in a commercial context.
