You’ll be the Traffic Manager in a fully remote, multi discipline design studio. Think graphic design, presentation design, video and animation. New formats emerging all the time. You’ll be the person who keeps it all moving.

This is a standalone role and you’ll need to see the full picture. You’ll know what is live, what is coming and what might come next. You’ll understand the rhythm of the studio and what each person is working on. You’ll read the pipeline like a weather forecast and spot the storm before it’s formed.

You’ll need to understand the creative disciplines inside out. Not just what they are called, but how they work. You’ll know how long an edit usually takes. What slows down an animation. Why that designer needs a bit more space to do their best work. You’ll connect people to projects with intention. Not just filling gaps but creating good fits.

You’ll be the one who flags when internal capacity is tight and brings in freelance support. You’ll be the one who spots when the team needs to grow and triggers conversations about hiring. You’ll be the person who sees both the short term and the long term picture.

You’ll need to have worked in an agency design studio to do this well. You’ll already know the pace, the personalities and the way projects stretch and shrink depending on the day. You’ll need to be clear headed, diplomatic and proactive. The kind of person people trust to hold the whole thing together without making a fuss.
