About The Role We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing our content strategy across various social platforms, including LinkedIn, YouTube, and X. The ideal candidate will be social-native, multimedia-savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced environment that demands high-volume content creation. You will be responsible for producing engaging, product-driven content that builds trust and authority within our target enterprise audience. Your work will involve crafting compelling stories around our innovative supply chain solutions, translating complex technical concepts into accessible narratives, and leveraging platform-specific formats to maximize reach and engagement. Collaboration with product marketing, solutions engineers, and other internal teams will be essential to ensure our content aligns with business objectives and resonates with our audience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence brand perception, support demand generation efforts, and contribute to Shipium’s growth trajectory by delivering high-quality, impactful content at velocity. Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in content marketing, social media marketing, or related roles.
- Proven ability to create and publish high-velocity multimedia content, including video editing, graphic design, and AI-powered content tools.
- Experience working within B2B SaaS companies, especially in enterprise technology or supply chain domains, is a plus.
- Deep understanding of social platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, and X, including best practices for content performance and engagement.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with product marketing, sales, and technical teams to develop compelling narratives.
- Comfort with technical concepts related to shipping, logistics, and enterprise technology, with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
- Creative, adaptable, and resourceful—able to produce high-quality content quickly while maintaining consistency and momentum.
Responsibilities
- Create and publish a consistent stream of engaging posts across LinkedIn, YouTube, and X to promote Shipium's products and thought leadership.
- Utilize diverse multimedia formats such as videos, motion graphics, carousels, infographics, and text posts to bring product stories to life.
- Work closely with product marketing and solutions engineering teams to showcase product features, demos, and technical insights directly within social feeds, emphasizing zero-click marketing strategies.
- Develop platform-specific content strategies, adapting stories to each platform’s strengths and experimenting with new formats to stay ahead of trends.
- Translate technical shipping and logistics concepts into accessible, compelling narratives that resonate with an enterprise audience.
- Monitor content engagement and performance metrics, using qualitative and quantitative feedback to refine and optimize content formats and messaging.
- Collaborate with Partnerships to create content for key partners and integrate content into broader marketing campaigns.
- Support demand generation efforts by repackaging content for paid advertising and lead nurturing campaigns.
- Coordinate with Customer Success teams to incorporate published content into customer communications and success stories.
